I really enjoy working with interactbuilder 3.0 so easy to handle,, but I have a small issue, and that it is when I have uploaded my app, it goes smoothly, but when I open the app and come to page 3, it just stops and goes out totaly out of the app again.
That is EXCELLENT News June. We are working on a whole new InteractPlayer that will cause less problems. This is what we are focused on next.
payment of $ 299 was 02.09.2015.
I apologize, I must have missed your post. We are going to be testing the publishing process this week, and we're hoping to be able to publish your app soon. I apologize for the delay, and we'll get back to you soon.
If you select the option "Make Public," this makes the app available to anyone who has the link. There will then be the option, "Copy Public Link." You can email this link to yourself and open it in your mail app on the device.
Here is a snapshot of how it is built in interact BUILDER when I am in INTERACT mode.
This is the preview (Took pic screenshot on iPhone of how it appears exactly) on my iPhone when I preview the app in the InteractPlayer - IOS
See where its cut off? It is now missing part of the sentence? If I have to change everything, I would have to change 12 apps. Why does this happen? I thought this was an easy app builder without having to worry about little things like this? Is it the font? What do I do to fix this throughout all of the apps instead of changing everything slide by slide for 12 different apps that are already built?
I've been reading up on how to keep customers informed on app updates, etc. and was curious if InteractBuilder has push notification capability so if we launch an update or new version into the app stores, the customer will get a notice of some sort?
Thanks for your thoughts and recommendations.
When an app has an update published, then the app marketplace notifies the user that an update is available to download, both in Apple's App Store and in Google Play. We currently don't have the option to create custom push notifications for the app.
I've decided to split my entry into two parts. Is it possible to enter two books in the January contest?
On the first page in the app, I have two language choices, set up as in the video. I have added a "jump to page" action after the language choice action (linked together).
I then have a cover with title in two languages (set to show if the language is chosen).
Last, I have the first page in the story, with two different text boxes, one for each language, set up the same way as the cover.
When I test under the "Interact" tab, everything works like a charm. I choose a language by clicking it, and it goes to the cover, and shows the correct language, and the same when I click ahead to the next page. I can also go back, and pick the other language, and everything still works as it's supposed to.
Then, when I share the app with myself, and try it out on the iPad, something goes wrong:
If I go back to choose the other language, the app seems to insist on using the first chosen language. So if the user would happen to pick the wrong language first, they would be forced to shut down the app (and probably never use it again).
Is there a way to ensure, that it would work on the iPad, like it does under the Interact tab?
It is very possible that it's a mistake on my part. This is my first testrun with the builder :) Look forward to suggestions on how to move on.
