.mp3 Audio not looping when set to execute on page load

Charmaine Anderson il y a 6 ans mis à jour par Alin Alexandru Matei il y a 6 ans 1
I have an .mp3 file set to play on page load which it does fine in Interact mode, however it won't loop, even though I have it set to loop.  Not sure if it is a file size issue.  The audio clip is 1.1 MB, but its only about 20 secs long. I also tried setting the replay on the audio to 5 times and it still did not loop. Thanks for any suggestions to resolve this.  Also FYI, when I exited from Interact mode back to Design mode, I got this error message below:

Hi Charmaine, I've tested the loop effect with an mp3 also on page load and it's working great. Could you attach that mp3 file to this post or send it over alin@interactstudios.com to see if it's something wrong with it?

Thanks for checking my audio file Alin, your email to me correctly diagnosed the problem being that I had exported my audio clip with a lot of empty space on the timeline which I didn't realize when I rendered the clip in garageband.  The problem was there as a small bit of audio way down the timeline in garagaeband and I didn't realize it which made the file size huge and made it appear the audio wouldn't loop in IB3.  Sorry for the bother!  Thanks much!
