Not getting email regarding app sharing?

I uploaded an app to share with myself, so I can test it on my iPad.  But I have not received an email as of yet.  It's been a few hours already.

I can't get the app until I receive the email to download it.  In my account it says that 1 app has been shared with me.

The email gets sent independently of the app being sent to the device, so without the email it's possible that the app is available to download in your InteractPlayer app. Is this the case, or is the app missing from InteractPlayer as well? Could you try double-checking the spelling of your email address in the "Share" contacts?

Hi Inna, thanks for replying.  I managed to work out how to download the app with the "get my apps" button. 


I double checked my email address and it seems correct.  I did a quick test, and added another email that I use (different address) and that worked perfectly.  I wander if it wont send to my original email because that email address is the same as my account registration or login address?

Is it possible that the email is being filtered out and going to the spam folder? The fact that it matches the email address with which you registered shouldn't prevent it from sending the email.

Hi Inna, no, I double checked all the spam settings, and it's def not that.  Seems very strange that it only happends with my reg email address, and not others.

Just wanted to let you guys know, I am getting the emails now.  Thanks
