Can't select a target (mp3 file) for PlayAudio Behavior

I get an error for a SPECIFIC file (one that was used in the book before - see image below - seem to be some mess in the DB, maybe the error I got can give a blue):

When you get the error, are you selecting the audio from your files or from the audio files that are already in the app (from the list in the screenshot)?
