So far this feature is not available but it's a nice idea.I will let our develop leader know about this idea. Thank you for your feedback.
Did you change the SavePageState to Off for every page?

To find your InteractBuilder version just click the InteractBuilder logo as show in the image below:
The thing you forgot to do is to set the SavePageState to page 2 to Off. Set it to Off and it will work.
Yes because the text element is not global is only on the first page.
