Nevermind. I added the counterdisplay to the element with counteradd, and THEN it worked. I have no idea why, but if it works, it's fine by me ;)

EDIT: The counter doesn't show before there's added something to it, it seems. It starts at zero, and the moment I click and thus add 1, it shows up. Just to clarify for anyone who might read along now or later.

Thank you! :D
Now they're chained, and it doesn't do any difference. It's still not showing up.

It seems that this will be part of the next update as a premium feature?

As I read it in the documentation, you'll move your object from point to point, recording each step of the path. Is that correct?

In the documentation there's also shown a line, that indicates the path. Will it be possible to just draw that line instead?

It's supernice that this feature is on the way, but the stop motion recording seems a bit tedious to me.

I would love to hear more about it :)
Just want to add, that I will happily provide a .psd file with a lineart for a coloring page, that you can try to make into an interactive coloring page in Interact Builder.

You could make a tutorial about how to do it the easiest way, with something more complex than a duck (no offense to the duck or the old tutorial).

My own take was:
  •  To copy my lineart in a new layer and make the second layers lineart grey.
  • After that, I filled the bottom layer with black.
  • Then copied the black filled layer, and changed the color to white.
  • Then selected the white layer, and took 2 pixels of the edge, to make sure there wasn't going to be any white borders around my character.
  • Then I made a selection of the grey lineart layer - still with the white layer active, and hit delete (after this, the grey lineart can be deleted)
  • The white layer will now contain all the white parts that will be used for colorfill in IB3. Separate all the parts into individual layers with the lasso tool/cut to new layer.
  • Export all parts to seperate png files. Unfortunately, they have to be trimmed to minimum size, to be able to select them in IB for the fillcolor process.
  • Drag all the files into the desired IB page.
  • Spend way too much time nudging the white parts around, to mimic the way it looked in Photoshop.
  • Bang head down in the keyboard or scream out loud, as needed. Repeat for every separate character, and perhaps a background, if desired.
Actually, the worst part is, that the transparent pixels in png files are acting like filled pixels, thus calling for the need to crop/trim each part as much as possible. If we could click/select through them, we could export like we do for an animation, where all parts are of equal size. And when we drag them over in IB, every part of white will already be placed in the right spot.  That would solve the biggest part of the problem, although I would looove to see the possibility to select areas to be filled, directly on the page, as mentioned in my original post above.

Don't get me wrong, - I really think that IB3 is awesome, and has a lot of wonderful features and possibilities. But this particulary thing, just doesn't work as smooth as it could.

I understand if it's not something that will jump to the top of your to-do list, but I hope you'll consider it for a future update, and not just declare that it's possible to make it already. I know it is, but it's also possible to walk a thousand miles... Personally I prefer to drive, because I'll get there faster, and can use my time on something fun instead. Like drawing a new coloring page, or make a new app ;)

Have a great day, and if you read all my ramblings about this, then thank you! Hope you're still awake :)
I removed the actions one by one, and got the error all the way to the first action (MaskOn), so deleted that too, and then it could go to interact, without problems.

So I decided to delete the mask card, and try to insert it again, and then it works. Really weird, but I must have had something  clicked on the other card, that made this error occur.

So, I'll just try again :D
I have tried to follow the tutorial, and now I get this error, when going to the Interact tab. I have restarted the program, and it's still the same:

Ah, that sounds great, Alin and Ezra :D
Love the look of the new documentation.

I'll get my hands dirty, and see if I can make it work with my own game.
Thank you so much for all your help with this. I'm sure a lot of people will enjoy the documentation and the test app as well. Your support is really excellent!

I still have questions about the match game though. Should I take these to another thread, since it's a bit more complicated than the matchgame shown in the app?

In fact, it's a series of question all related to the same game, but with different action sets that does very different things? Like timer, show/hide, conditional actions and so on... Not sure if you prefer questions together, when the topics are different action set?

Of course, before I ask anymore, I will check out the new documentation. Maybe the answers I am looking for are all there. I have checked all I could with your YouTube channel, user guide, FAQ and forums, but I seem to be hitting weird topics, that I can't find much info about ;)

Please advice if you prefer questions separated after all issues I have with one game, or each action set type alone?

It's working without error in the app itself.
But the actions must have some error for the match game.

To make the error happen:

Click 1 + 2 = Not
Click 1 + 2pair = nothing happens
Click 1 + 3 = Not
Click 1 + 4pair = nothing happens
Click 1 + 1pair = Not
Click 1 + 1pair a number of times = nothing happens

Continue to try to match them all. I can't make the 1's go away, for some reason.

If I click all the pair as they should be matched, it works fine, but that's not the nature of this game ;)

The memory game seems to work fine, thank you :)

Another error (while opening the app this time):

I couldn't copy the error when trying to going to Interact, but I got an error, when trying to go to the next page too, and this error I could copy:
