Hi Sean,

I'm trying to recreate the problem, but I can't seem to get the same effect. Would you mind sending the sample page to me as well, at inna@interactstudios.com?

Thank you for reporting the problem!
Hi there,

The membership price refers to the publishing membership, which allows you to submit an app for publishing. Any work done before publishing, apart from the premium features, can be done with the free membership. So if you're working with a team, people can use the free membership, and the person who plans to submit the app for publishing can register for the publishing membership when the app is ready.
Hi, thank you for letting us know about this problem! I sent a description to our lead developer.
Hi, I haven't been able to recreate the problem yet. Do you have multiple InteractBuilder accounts that you have used for your apps? Are the two apps in the same project group, or has one of them been moved to a different group? Did you duplicate app A after having uploaded it to InteractPlayer or before?
Hi Gabrielle,
I'm going to try to test the problem to see if we can isolate what causes the problem. Do the two apps have the same name?
Hi Brook,
We've updated your information, and you should be all set : ) This is caused by privacy protection that some browsers use.
We haven't been able to reproduce the problem but have reported it to our lead developer. Are you signed in to InteractBuilder and working with a steady internet connection?
Hi Michele,
We've made updates to the way an app is previewed so that now the InteractPlayer app is not necessary. When you want to preview an app on your computer or on a mobile device, you upload your app using the Interact button, and you can view your updates by going to interactplayer.com on a browser and logging in with the same email address and password with which you have registered the InteractBuilder software.

If you haven't set up an email address and password in InteractBuilder, you can find the steps for doing so here: Registering InteractBuilder.

For more detail about previewing your app in a web browser, you can check out the steps here: How to Preview an App.
Hi Korneel,
I wrote to our lead developer so that he's aware of the feature requests.
Thank you for the feedback! :)
