InteractPlayer cannot play sound loud on iphone

Truman Kong 5 years ago in By Screen / Interact updated 5 years ago 4
I have downloaded the InteractPlayer 3.4.355 on iphone 4S, After sharing my App. I can run the App with no problem, all the click, turn pages, actions go well. However, the sound on the App can hardly be heard, as the sound level is very very low, as it through the internal speaker of iphone4S. I have turned it up to the highest. But when I use a earphone to listen, there is no problem at all. Why can't I hear the sound via the internal speaker?

Hi Truman,
I haven't yet been able to recreate this problem, but I wanted to ask a couple of questions
- When you turn the volume up while the app is open, does the volume symbol say "ringer," "volume," or "headphones?"
- Is the phone inside a case that may be blocking the area where the sound comes out?
Thank you for the feedback!

When I turn the volume up, the volume says "volume". And I tried to play a song via the music player, the song played with no problem.

In fact, I can hear the voice from the interactplayer, but the volume is way too low, that I can bearly hear it.

By the way, my version of iOS is 7.1.2
In a few days, there's going to be an update to the way we preview InteractBuilder apps, so hopefully the audio will be working once the new InteractBuilder is available. Let us know if the problem persists after you upload the app using InteractBuilder 4.
Ok. You mean InteractBuilder 4.0 is coming? Great
