Your comments

Hi Sean,
Thank you, this comment has alerted us that there's a problem with counters when they're used in templates. I think that in your case for the time being if you locate your counter element, it might have turned back into a text element. If you make it back into a counter and re-assign that element in any action sets or conditions where it's used, it should work again.

I hope this helps! I'll report the problem with counters.

Hi Sean, I'm trying to recreate this problem in order to figure out what situation causes it, but it's not working the same way for me, so I wanted to ask a few questions to see if I can recreate it:

- On which page is the home icon?
- Was the icon copied from somewhere else or copied as a template?
- Is the icon global?

Thank you for reporting this problem!
To answer your second question, since InteractStudios no longer receives part of the proceeds from a published app, there's no more contract necessary.
Hi Sean,
We'll report this to the lead developer. Thank you so much for the feedback and detail
Hi Sean,
On the new site, there's no need to log in because the old forum has been removed so that this feedback site can be the main place for questions and comments. You still have access to the premium features whenever you are logged in to the InteractBuilder software with your email address and password. Let us know if you need to recover any of that or if you need to download InteractBuilder again.
Hi there!
Could you please give us some more detail about your question?
Here's an article with some tips about reducing the size of an app: How can I minimize the size of my app?
Hi Charmaine, that's a great point. We're adding more screenshots to the publishing screen, so this should be available in one of the future updates.
Hi! This feature will work once the app is playing on the device, and we're working on making it work accurately in Interact mode as well.

If you only need this for a few elements and you want to be sure it works in Interact mode right away, you can use a global counter whose value gets changed when the element is shown or hidden and then impacts whether or not the element shows up on page load.
